After the season ended the green was scarified three ways and six tons of top dressing was spread. In November a slow release fertiliser was sprayed and then iron has been applied to hold back the moss. The ditch wall has been removed and soil removed in preparation for the new banking, huge thanks to all who have helped with the green, the photos below show the green looking amazing in the winter sunshine

Ross Cup Runners Up 2023

CONGRATULATIONS – fantastic results from competitions throughout the season has meant we are 9’s league Div B Champions and also runners up in EBA Div 3.
FURTHER CONGRATULATIONS – Keelby were runners up in the Ross Cup final, photos to follow, in the pot luck doubles Jean Smith and Dave Webster were the winners, huge Well Done.

WELL DONE!! Following on from a win on Saturday 22nd July we are now through to the Semi Finals of the Ross Cup, date and opponents to be confirmed

Unfortunately there will be no roll ups on a Wednesday until further notice, please still come and support on a Tuesday afternoon for roll up between 2 and 4pm and also welcome to support at matches.

The AGM was held on 29.09.2022. Joe Cooke retired as Chairperson after nearly 10 years service but will remain on as a committee member. John McLellan also retired from post as Secretary. We now have
